Classic Filaments Ltd. was incorporated and established as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of V.Natwarlal Synthetics Private Limited. The name of the Company was changed from V.Natwarlal Synthetics Private Limited to Classic Filaments Private Limited on 10.09.1993.
The company was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company vide the Board Resolution dated 21.01.1995 and a fresh certificate was obtained on 15.02.1995 in the name of Classic Filaments Limited.
